Kevin Glassman, MD
Board Certified Anesthesiologist, Fellow of the American Society of Anesthesiology

Dr. Glassman is a graduate of SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. He continued his training in anesthesiology at Kings County Hospital, a major trauma center situated in Brooklyn, NY. Upon completion of his training, he stayed at Kings County Hospital as an attending physician for several years, and later was named the Chief of the obstetrical anesthesia division of Kings County Hospital. After receiving his board certification in anesthesiology, Dr. Glassman then joined the anesthesia staff of the Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he remained for several years, before becoming chief of anesthesiology and medical director of Prohealth Ambulatory Surgery Center in Lake Success, N.Y. Dr. Glassman then founded General Anesthesia Services, LLP in 2003 and has remained the managing partner through 8/2019. He joined the Northwell Health Anesthesia Department in January 2020 where he is still a member of their staff and co-founded General Anesthesia Medical Specialists in June 2020. Dr. Glassman is a member of the ASA, NYSSA, MSSNY, and politically active in the medical community within NY State.
